What does the monthly rent include?
Rent includes your furnished room, basic Wi-Fi access, weekly cleaning of common areas, and a small utilities buffer. Electricity usage is billed separately and clearly reflected in your invoice.

Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A refundable security deposit equal to one month’s rent is collected at move-in and refunded within 7 working days after move-out, subject to inspection.

Is there a lock-in period?
A minimum stay of 3 months applies. After completing the lock-in, residents are required to give a 30-day notice before moving out.

How are utilities calculated?
Electricity is billed using submeters where available. In other cases, charges are fairly split based on room type and AC usage. Water is included up to a reasonable monthly allocation.
